The Update: Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Inspiration
Friday afternoons requires a weekly visit to the nearby H&M store in downtown PDX. You are bound to walk out of the store with some sort of clothe or accessory.
On the market for the inspiration for Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, these items were located at H&M today. All under $50!

But of course... the best piece and newest member to Siri's shoe collection is Doc Marten's "Massai" lace up boots.
The Know: Textured Tights by Oroblu
What better way to add a little flare to your work wear than with a great pair of hosiery.
One of my most favorite and affordable brand with great patterns and craftsmanship is Oroblu. This was from their Spring 2011 collection but guess what you can still wear it in the winter!
This idea was inspired from Gucci's F/W 2011 collection.

So may bitters! I've never seen so many.
Perfect drink for a cold, wet & wintry day in Portland, Oregon. The Continental Applejack Sour.
This is Teardrop's rendition of a whiskey sour.
There's definitely a bite to this drink but boy it is sooooo good.
Recipe from: O.H. Byron, The Modern Bartender's Guide (1884).
