Le Marche... Basically, open air market.  It is a must in Paris to go to these.  You will find nothing but fresh produce, fish, meats, nuts, fruits, and most of everything you would find in a supermarket except for the non-food items.  Although, there are stalls that will sell make-up and household goods like dust pans.

Be prepared to push your way through the masses and watch out for your feet.  Locals pull their little carts around to carry their goods and they are pushy.  Also, be discrete when you take pictures.  Some vendors don't like it.  Most are pretty friendly.

Londonaise

So many shops to visit in London and so very little time!  Must head back to this street... Tomborough or something.  Can't recall but the map will be useful.

TIP:  If here for one day, don't get the Oystercard but use the 1 + 2 zone cards.  It covers all of central London and all the sights.  Use it all day and expires at 4 AM.

TWO DAYS? Divide and conquer.  Pick a central place.  We got a really cool and very LARGE apartment right next to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.  A few blocks from Bayswater Tube station.  How purvey!
